
Full Coaching Workshop
For parent coaching, we will follow a course that has 12 weeks of material plus an extra week to celebrate the completion. If we want, we can do each session in order or we take time to linger on the spots where we need more time. The idea is that to really get the transformation you want, that I wanted, it is required we look at ourselves first and we go inside with awareness and information that is Truthful.
Week 1 : Set Intentions, identify known obstacles, set basic context
Week 2 : Cover Pillars or Guide Rails of Conscious Parenting
Week 3 : Attachment Science and how our attachment style is formed and how it impacts our relationships
Week 4 : Nervous System, emotions, and growth
Week 5: Brain - Body connection and empathy
Week 6 : Emotional Intelligence
Week 7 : Empowered Conversations - how to have a conversation where people are equally heard and respected.
Week 8 : The PEACE process - a tool that helps a parent stay present, grounded, and feeling confident in moving through difficult situations
Week 9 : Anger and Healthy Aggression
Week 10 : Playfulness and Story Telling
Week 11: Catch Up and dive deeper into a prior week
Week 12 : Review current transformation and embodiment
Week 13 : We celebrate - no matter what - we celebrate as there will be wins along the way. We take time to really honor that in this week. And then see what is next.
