I offer a range of services.
I offer one-time sessions as needed. ($100)
I offer a package of 5 sessions. ($400)
I offer a pre-created 12 session course with content from the Jai Institute of Parenting. ($850)
I can also offer my own 12 session package which would include access to the Jai content as well as personalized workbooks based off your situation as well as personalized meditations, journeys, and practices that you and I work out together ($1500)

You can expect a container between us to be of high integrity - I have done the work myself and continue to do so, I hold space for non-judgmental sharing having walked through many of my own insecurities and fears I value the space to be True and Authentic. It is also effective, through the deep work that is available and even the lighter more surface level work, change will happen.

What I have come to discover is the issues that arise in family dynamics and parenting often point us back to ourselves. The space we create will be one that is open, truthful, considerate, packed with science backed information and equally lean into spiritual dimensions where it feels right and needed.
The offerings that are package oriented cover specific topics in specific ways including attachment science, value definition, boundaries, nervous system effects, blocks, healing, anger, communication, emotional intelligence, tools to assist with connection and overall vision setting and day by day tools to shift dynamics towards trust, flow, joy, kindness, teamwork, truth, and stable, healthy, connection.
I also offer practices that bring in a depth of spiritual connection and I mean that in the most Universal Way - not one religion or another - a more honoring of the Truest aspects within each and all and beyond any one. This has been a part of my life, will always be, and brings a richness and depth to the work here that does leave me feeling satisfied beyond and inclusive of the more scientific backed facts, methods and understandings. A nod to the Great Mystery of Life.
